I recently finished reading an interesting article in the May 98 issue of Bank Marketing. The article is written by Christopher W. Oggenfuss and describes today's need for "retention mix" marketing.

I just finished reading a book written by Thomas Oliver titled The Real Coke, The Real Story, published by Penguin Books. The book provides interesting insights into corporate culture, guerilla marketing, diversification, brand equity, and the mass marketing mentality.
